We deliver orders containing alcoholic beverages and or premium, handmade cigars. The following information is intended to help us lawfully deliver alcohol and cigar products to you. Please note that we could be held liable if we deliver alcohol or cigar products to minors or someone who is visibly intoxicated, so it's important that we follow this process fully to protect ourselves and you, the customer.

I. ALCOHOL AND/OR CIGAR(S) PICK-UP

Alcohol and cigar orders are for people 21 years of age or older. A pickup order is defined as any order that has been pre-purchased on the phone, off our website or off our app. In order for us to release a pickup (phone or app order), delivery or drive-through order, we must personally verify the customers valid Driver’s License, Tribal ID, Valid Military ID or other valid State ID in order for them to pick up their order. It should be noted that a Driver’s License from other states or countries can and do look different from ours. We will take the appropriate time needed to verify the
acceptable date of birth. If we cannot find the date of birth, we will ask you, the customer, to help locate it. Whichever ID is shown, it cannot be expired. The name on the ID must reflect the same name of the person who made the order. If there is any doubt as to the authenticity of the ID or the name on the ID matching the name on the order, we will politely decline the delivery and report the incident to our supervisors.

II. ALCOHOL AND/OR CIGAR(S) DROP-OFF

A. AGE AND ID VERIFICATION
Montana State Law requires us to verify the age of the customer before we hand over alcohol or cigars. We can only deliver alcohol or cigars if you, the customer, is 21 years of age or older.

To verify age, we will ask you to see your valid ID. We will check every customer’s ID - every time, even if the customer clearly appears to be over 21 years old. A valid ID must include a photograph and date of birth. For example, acceptable forms of ID may include:
• A VALID driver's license issued by federal, state, county, or municipal government.
• A VALID State ID.
• A VALID passport.
• A VALID identification card issued by a Tribe or the Armed Forces of the United States that contains the name, date of birth, description, and picture of the person.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
We will make sure the ID is not invalid or fake:
1. We will check the expiration date. Will will not accept an ID that is expired.
2. We will ask you to remove the ID from your wallet or purse.
3. We will compare the customer at the door to the photo in the ID. We will examine facial features: the height, eye shape, ear and nose shape.

B. CHECK FOR INTOXICATION
We will not deliver alcohol if you are actually or apparently intoxicated. The dictionary defines intoxication as the condition of being drunk. We will look for signs of intoxication.

C. RESTRICTED LOCATIONS
We WILL NOT, under any circumstances, deliver alcohol to the following locations:
1. Public or private school (K-12) (e.g. an elementary school);2. College campus (e.g. a frat house);
3. Prison, reformatory, veterans’ home, or state capitol grounds;
4. Locker or similar package storage service (e.g. a storage facility).

D. JUDGMENT

Lastly, we will use our judgment. If we have any doubts about the ID, the customer, or encounter a situation in which it does not seem reasonable to deliver alcohol (e.g. there is a party with minors present), we will not complete delivery.
