Nigori is an unfiltered sake that retains some of the rice solids to create a bolder texture and flavor. This style of sake is traditionally only brewed once per year. Serve as an aperitif or as a complement to a wide variety of meats and spicy foods. Serve chilled, shake before pouring, and refrigerate after opening
