Bottled at 90 proof, RYE THE LIGHTNING makes for the perfect sipper.The BLACK NOISE sonic-enhancement process produces low hertz sound waves, causing the whiskey to reverberate at a fast rate, interacting with the oak staves of the barrel, measurably releasing wood compounds and flavors like toasted coconut, vanilla, butterscotch, and caramel.

NOSE: Dried fig, hay, pinewood, pear & rum cake

TASTE:  Clover honey, mint, corn husk, sugar cane, walnut & cinnamon.

DISTILLED/AGING LOCATION: RYE THE LIGHTNING is crafted from Kentucky straight rye whiskeys, which are then vatted and transferred for finishing in Madeira wine and Caribbean rum casks for 2-14 weeks each.
