PRODUCER DESCRIPTION: This limited release whiskey is made true to the way things were done back when the Shelby family ran the streets. Intense, complex, and bold - the taste of Prohibition. The closest you can get to the Bushmills that would've sat behind the bar at the Shelby's legendary Small Heath pub.

COLOR: Golden straw

NOSE: Soft, buttery. Light, white florals. Nilla wafers. Bright pepper and a bit of oak funk comes in late

TASTE: Bready caramel. Zesty orange peel pop, leans back on a lot of bread, a touch of spice and loads of caramel.

FINISH: Honey but not overly sweet. 

DISTILLED/AGING LOCATION: Bushmills Prohibition Recipe contains 3, 4, and 5 year old whiskeys matured exclusively in bourbon casks

FILTRATION: Non-chill filtered

POTENCY: 92 proof, 46% ABV
