A hopped malt whiskey made from Great Northern Brewing Company’s Good Medicine Strong Red Ale. The hops add a complexity of flavors not traditionally found in a whiskey: citrus and maple candy. Aged 2 years in a charred American oak barrel.
Two Med Old Fashioned
In a rocks glass:
Muddle orange wedge with teaspoon of brown sugar and two cherries (we usehouse whiskey-soaked cherries)
Add small scoop of ice
2 oz. Two Med
Add splash of sparkling water, if desired
Top with 5 drops aromatic bitters
