TASTING NOTES Intense ruby color. Complex and opulent in the nose, with fruity (ripe red fruits) and spicy aromas. Elegant, with a velvety texture and very well balanced, this is a round-bodied wine with smooth tannins.

VINIFICATION This white is an organic 80/20 blend of Moschofilero and Chardonnay, unoaked, nicely dry and is fresh, appealingly aromatic and elegant. Bright, light and easy, it has a summer-like feel to it. It finishes with some crispness and a juicy finish. Drink it young for best results. Enjoying with most Mediterranean cuisine, including feta and brie cheeses, oysters and seafood is a perfect for this organic wine. Best served at 47-50° F.
